“We were deliberate in choosing investors who bring deep expertise in Banking and National Security - areas central to our mission. G+D Ventures, the venture capital arm of Giesecke+Devrient, trusted by 145 central banks worldwide, leads this round with deep expertise in digital security and financial platforms. Together with Swiss Post Ventures and Mozilla Ventures, they represent institutions built on integrity, security, and public trust. Their backing underscores the importance of what we’re building and affirms that our differentiated SaaS solution is the right innovation for markets that urgently need secure collaboration on sensitive data.”
- Roderick Rodenburg, CEO of Roseman Labs

Founded in 2020 after a breakthrough in encrypted computing, the deep tech company enables computations and analyses directly on encrypted data thanks to its world-leading advanced multi-party computation (MPC) approach. Roseman Labs’ platform unlocks massive amounts of sensitive data that would otherwise remain siloed due to privacy, legal, or regulatory constraints—making them available for collaborative analysis and secure AI in an ethical and compliant way. Solving a problem of this magnitude takes more than tech—it takes trust.

Unlike typical privacy-enhancing technologies that remain stuck at proof of concept, Roseman Labs has moved into full production. Its cryptography and trusted infrastructure are already safeguarding some of the world’s most sensitive domains: preventing national security and cybercrime threats, uncovering financial and organized crime, detecting child abuse, exposing discrimination, improving patient outcomes, and accelerating drug discovery. Trusted by U.S. and European institutions alike, the platform runs natively on European cloud infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of privacy, sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.

"Supporting companies that advance trust is at the core of our mission at G+D Ventures. After years of research in privacy-enhancing technologies, we see Roseman Labs as uniquely positioned to deliver high-performance, secure private computing that is practical and easy to adopt by organizations.
We have followed the company since the seed round and are continually impressed by the team’s expertise and remarkable progress. Their secure infrastructure is already transforming sensitive data collaboration today—and sets the stage for them to lead the next wave of privacy-preserving AI."

Since its founding, Roseman Labs has earned the trust of more than 150 organizations across government, healthcare, and national security. This growing network validates the company’s strong commercial traction and the ease with which its advanced MPC platform integrates into real-world workflows. By enabling these institutions to turn isolated data into trusted collective intelligence, Roseman Labs is already reshaping how critical challenges are addressed.

Looking ahead, Roseman Labs is building a secure ecosystem around “Trusted Collective Intelligence”, turning encrypted computing into a new standard for how data is used. As it scales, Roseman Labs is seeking partners and customers who share the same vision: governments, enterprises, and integrators working on the frontlines of privacy, policy, and protection, ready to unlock the full power of data—securely, ethically, and together.

“Modern AI solutions depend on data from multiple organizations, but until now, sensitive information has been too risky to share. Our collective intelligence platform removes those barriers by enabling computations directly on encrypted data. We believe trusted collective intelligence will soon become the new normal for institutions preparing sensitive data for secure AI.
That’s why we’re building zero-trust infrastructure that allows organizations to collaborate with confidence and turn sensitive data into trusted collective intelligence while meeting the highest confidentiality standards,”
say Rodenburg.

The new funding will fuel commercial growth across Europe, including the UK, while expanding strategic partnerships in both Europe and the United States.
